Well I do love Verizon! We all know how it goes when you have a new phone and know one wants to help you! I've been there for the last 3 day's! But they have a nice clean place nice crew but when it comes to doing the right thing I think they just didn't want to deal with me! So oh well this is what you get when you don't want to deal with great customer's!!! But been with them for 20+ it's the only one that will work in My area!!

Couldn't get any help except for one lady that works there. And the day she wasn't there we couldn't get any help and then when we were leaving, they were ready to talk then wanting us to give them a 5 star rating. Um no. Even the lady on the phone with verizon was asking us of anyone was going to come over to help us because we were trying to get something done in this store

Yes go to the store and there are list you have sign your name to be helped.
Good luck. Just spent three days in store and online. I gave up. I've been with Verizon over 15 years. As soon as this contract is up I won't be with them anymore.
I went one day to this Store and the phone was ringing off the hook. I asked them who normally answers the phone and was told they usually just ignore it because they’re too busy to talk on the phone.
Go in the store immediately and put a stop to it
I suggest you go in and talk to them about it. If they can't help, they can probably connect you to someone who can.
No I have the Moto Z phone and that's it!
