I Loved My Doctor But After Switching From Cleco To Kintegra It Made It Harder To Afford To Continue To See My Doctor π

Never returned any of my phone calls. Just really poor customer service. So disappointed

Dr. Jubane has been a good doctor for the past several years I've seen him however I had to see another one of the providers today due to him being out with an illness. It will be my last visit to this clinic. My father died a few days ago and went in to see if they could give me something to help me sleep. I also needed a handicap placard renewed. I have a permanent disability in my back and knees. The Nurse Practitioner that I saw for some reason had an obvious chip on her shoulder when she walked into the exam room. I had never seen her before and didn't know her. I told her about my current circumstances and she at once became defensive and said she would change another one of my medications which was fine with me since it really doesn't work anymore. Instead she doubled the dosage which is not how this medication should be prescribed. I know this because I was a nurse for 27 years. Before I could finish asking any questions I had she'd blurt out "No" with no explanation. She did give me a refill for another medication and for an antibiotic for something else. All of this was done while she continuously gave me glaring looks. I was still okay until it came to renewing the handicap placard. She said she would renew it but she hated giving these things to people who don't need them so she was only renewing it for three months. I only use this when it is necessary. Because of my conditions there are days when I simply cannot walk without extreme pain. I told her this and she made a remark again about hating to give these to people who don't need them. I've had one of these for over ten years. I have never seen her before so she was only making an assumption as there is no way she could know my medical history. I don't know what her problem was but since I am in the grieving process I did not need her attitude today. I felt worse when I left. There have been other incidents such as office staff never calling me back plus a former employee that did not know how to take a blood pressure. I had to show her. You also have to go through a very long recorded menu every time you call the office even if you just want to make an appointment. They do have a patient portal but I've never had any luck accessing it at all so it is useless. Because of this, and several other problems I've encountered with this office, I will be changing doctors and I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone else.

Horrible. The front desk staff and nurse were wonderful and welcoming, but the doctor herself is gross. She addressed me as if Iβm a βliarβ more than 3 times over a health condition Iβve had for years, that I proved diagnosis of from two different doctors, along with other documentation such as management plans. Simply because it did not contain lab work, although the diagnosis is not required to need lab work. Very unprofessional.

If you owed them money they would do everything they could to get theirs but they could care less
Not sure . I know they take medicare and medicaid
It's not a Walk-in clinic. It's a normal doctors office where your primary care doctor is.
This is where you would get a primary care doctor
