Benefits are also prorated the first month. So depending on how much you qualified for, if less than I think $10.00 for the remainder of the month you won't get any. And as the other person pointed out, the day funds are deposited to your card is based on your card number. This is so the funds are allocated in a staggered through the month like Social Security Disability funds so the grocery stores & banks aren't flooded with everyone going to them all at once. Just be patient, if you received paperwork stating you qualified, the rest will follow.

EBT cash starts on the first of the month. SNAP food benefits are given out in the first 10 days of the month. Look at your case# 1234567 benefits come on the 7th the last number (this is an example and might be just a little off but you get the picture.)
