I'm new to the SNAP program. I've called my worker 4 times. She never answers and never return phone calls. Is there someone I can call like her supervision??

Its always like that with the Ramsey county snap program. You just need to keep calling and keep leaving messages until they call you back, but keep a record of every time you call. If it's something urgent then it's best to go straight there and talk to your case worker or someone that can handle your case.

You can go online to Department of human services and apply or complain. I applied for emergency assistance there and was contacted by phone.

Realize it will take several days with the caseload your SNAP financial workers have to respond. Be sure to always give your ID Number when you call. Contact your case worker & let him/her/them know your problem if response is taking more than a week. They can look up the status of your claim, contact Supervisor, etc., on your behalf. If you have any type of professional assistance personnel such as Social Services, ILS, utilize them to make the phone calls on your behalf. Things happen much faster when someone with initials connected to their names contact people instead of just "lowly bottom feeders" like us.

Is always like that you need y go in person to have things moving and yes there in person you can submit a report to a supervisor.
