Can you make an appointment to go to the office?
I believe so but it's highly recommended that you scehdule one over the phone. It might take a while if you call right when they open or during their lunch hours. Being paitent and having some luck will help. Other than that you can go in-person but you might have to wait longer (minimum 90 mins).
