Staff is just so rude and unhelpful. The assistants that work there are somewhat kind but also don't seem to know what they're doing. Every time we have spoken with the manager about apartment issues she has been bitter, stating it is our fault that things are broken, stating she can't do anything if there are no parking spaces, and sounds like she doesn't care about her job at all. Essentially every time we have any issues whatsoever, the typical phrase we hear from her is "that isn't an issue with me" or "that isn't the office's fault". Even if it isn't your fault, you are the manager and should help us at least get into contact with someone who can help. Maintenance people are kind but often don't fix things properly.

Been living here for over 3 years now. You get what you pay for let me start off with but its not all doom and gloom. Let's start with the positives. You are super close to the Kennesaw campus, 5mins, 12mins to Marietta campus. Both times no traffic. Access to peach pass is close too turn right outside the complex. The population here is about 50-50 college students and families, not too many loud parties which is nice if you're more of a laid back individual. Since they changed management companies 2 years back they have done many things in regards to landscaping mostly the lease office area though. They began renovating units as well. Lease office/club house has gotten an upgrade, providing pool table, grill by the pool, new furniture. They are relatively responsive to maintenance requests. We've had some water leaks and they come out pretty quick. But not the best clean up jobs. The rent is cheap for the area but keeps increasing every year due to the crazy market, because it is owned by a company there's no negotiation really on price they do not care about residents as they do money. Not the lease office fault but it is sad to see. Starting to get in the cons, When I do make maintenance requests it will take multiple for them to actually fix the issue properly or they won't believe me for example our hvac system is outdated and something needs to be replaced but they won't, AC had been lacking this whole summer it keeps freezing over at 72 even at night when the ambient temp is 76. Our ceiling fan had been smoking and they haven't replaced it. Just a few examples. Parking had still been a problem sadly not much they can do unless they somehow built a deck. There are some annoying residents with loud cars but most of them have moved out thankfully. The front gates are always broken which let's anyone in too, partly due to dumb residents not giving the gates time to open but also poor system. One last thing the 4 way stop at the top of the hill is a death trap so be careful and also turning left outside the apartment can be risky and take awhile sometimes. Overall I do enjoy in here but if I could afford it I would choose elsewhere, hopefully once I graduate. But if you are a KSU student do avoid student affiliated apartments I have e in heard worse things and you pay double what I pay.

I like being in a gated updated apartment community, because the location is convenient to hwy 75 and the staff is professional and friendly.

i have been here a little over a year now and the front office managers, especially Mrs.April, have always been so helpful and understanding. Also the maintenance crew are verry good and efficient, i never have to wait too long after submitting a request.
