Camille is awesome. My car needed new parts covered by my warranty. Great job. 2022 Kia soul lx 2 stars after they told me I needed a service. That wasn't even forr my engine type. They admitted that after I flipped out. They didn't top off my fluids after a 100 dollar oil change. Are you kidding me? Even if I didn't have an oil change the service is complimentary.

Bought a 2021 Kia Rio from this place. As a new buyer, I was naive, and felt pressured to purchase the extra warranties on my car. I had them for around a year, and then ended up wanting to cancel them. It took me about a month of calling Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw several times a week to finally get someone to call me back. I emailed Brandon, the Financial Services Manager, and officially canceled them 8/02/2022...guess who is still paying for her warranties three car payments later! This girl! That's almost $200 they've gotten out of me since I requested to cancel the warranties. Accounting does cancelations once a month. Tell me why I'm still paying for the warranties... I've been given no reasons for the delay, no refunds. I almost feel like reporting them to the BBB. Don't waste your money here. You'll pay too much, feel pressured into buying unnecessary additions, and then get bad service afterwards. They're going to squeeze you for every last dollar you have. Go somewhere else.
