You cant' leave zero stars so they only get a 1 star. Very frustrated with this company. I ordered a fragile 1400 lbs pallet to be unloaded with my forks. Noted that delivery could not be before 3:30 pm. So what did they do? They unloaded it at 1:30pm, never called to advise me so gates where close. They dumped it out hanging partially on a busy road. I reported this to dispatch which he asked me to send all of this in an email and attach pictures. Which I did nicely. I waited a week with no response back. I called to follow up only to be told "that driver no longer works here". That's nice but what about my terrible service? I was then transfered to the manager only to leave a VM and no return call. I'll be using a different carrier for all my business shipping.
