Basically its a social gathering/ club full of ignorant workers. The cashier was ringing up the groceries talking about how much she does not like mayo while ringing up the mayo for a customer. What kind of customer service is that? Very rude and distasteful. It’s a lot of low vibrational workers who work here for low vibrational pay. Do better!

Just checked out through the express register. The cashier did not greet me. Barely made eye contact. Muttered my total to me. Did not say thank you. In fact the only thing she said to me during this entire transaction was “it’s cold here in front of the door”. I normally receive good customer service from this Publix location but not today. I hope this doesn’t become the norm because I shop here out of convenience, not because of Publix higher pricing. I can easily go somewhere else & pay less for the same kind of terrible service.
