I’ve actually had pretty good experience with customer service over the phone, but had to stop by the store just to drop off my flex box. Arrived 10 mins before closing and the door was locked already. Three staff members inside just chatting behind the counter. When we knocked on the door, instead of coming to talk to us, one of the staff made this incredibly rude gesture signaling for us to go away. What is the point of having store hours if you lock out customers before closing time? Another customer also arrived soon after us to return their flex box as well and was confused as to why they were already closed.

Omg Angel one of the customer service representatives present was so rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable!!!! I was really surprised given the location, I definitely expected better costumer care!! Thank God for the interference of Shawn!! He was able to intervene sensing her attitude, unprofessionalism and inability to resolve our issues, ultimately getting us squared away.

I stopped by to discuss a WiFi problem. There were 4 people behind the counter and they were all looking at the same computer. I left after 5 minutes because I didn’t have confidence they knew what they were doing. I drove 15 minutes North to the Acworth office. My problem was resolved there in 3 minutes.

I went to the Kennesaw location today and received the absolute worst service ever. Employees had extremely bad attitudes. I waited over 20 mins only to be told that they were out of the iphone 14. Can you please acknowledge the customers and at least put a sign out informing people that you're out of a particular product. I've had Xfinity for over 15 years and have NEVER received this type of service. Please do better
