Getting thru to talk to someone is crazy. They have 3 tiers of answering machine. First it just tells you to call back. Next it ask would you like a summary of your claim. Always press 1, cause then it will ask if you'd like to speak to an agent. Most of the time it will end right there...ending the 2nd step. It's been so few times I've actually made it thru I can't remember the next question, but thats the last phase before you find out there is 3,000 people in front of you. If you ever get on the list, they will call from a RESTRICTED number. Good luck 👍
Call early in the am 8 or late 3pm I got thru they take application over the phone then I waited about 2 weeks I got letter in mail with pun code and separate letter with approval.
The only ways to file are by phone and online. There is someone at the VEC office, occasionally, but they can't do much for you except refer you to their call-in line....
