The number that I dialed is a local number in my area and then transfers me from one person to the next person. It just became a call to try to sell me other products and not really take care of what I need which is to get my microwave fixed.

I had a Sears repairman come look at my broken stove on 5/18 and said the stovetop just needed to be repaired and it would cost $825..45 for all parts in labor that had to be paid in advance. I went ahead and paid for everything in advance. The parts arrived at my house, (very strange) on 5/23 and the technician came out on 6/3 to make the needed repairs. Once he arrived he figured out that he was mistaken and the stove could not actually be repaired and let me know verbally and in writing , that I would receive a full refund. At that point he took the parts with him. Within a few days $263. Was refunded to my account still leaving a refund balance of $562.45. I have now called MULTPLE times and there is still no refund to my account. I was told it may have something to do with the parts, but the technician took it with him when he left. Additionally now I have received a bill for $99 without an explanation of why I am being charged that. I would not reccomend using this company.

Called about refrigerator not working. Arrived on time, but the quote was out of bounds. $200 for a part and $400 for labor (less than a 40 minute job). Ended up purchasing the part elsewhere for cheaper and installed myself in less that 15 min. Saved $450. Ridiculously expensive and bordering on thievery. Would not recommend
