Had to move only 2 blocks to get to my house w an f150 truck that still rolled and was not totaled on a Sat night 11:45p in Lynchburg. $765. NEVER AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use Mitchell’s Towing as they are MUCH more reasonable. Used them before for a 4 mile distance and immobile vehicle. Almost HALF the price. Should have used Mitchell’s again. Lesson learned. Just wanted to spread the business out. They can do what they want and charge what they want but this is most definitely taking advantage of ppl that are already down on their luck. I promised I would spread this gouging experience with all I can and for as long as I can and never use them again. Bee Line will rip you off.

Had my car towed from car accident. I was taken to the hospital and when I got out was told my car waa at beeline and wasnt aware of where it was prior. when I got there, the fee to get it out was criminally and suspiciously high. When I tried to negotiate, they were not understanding unprofessional and rude. The folks at beeline are ripoff artists as you can tell by their lavish waiting area. I do not reccomend at all.

This company represents all that is the worst of America. They towed my daughters car from a large accident she had because the cops called them to do it. They didn’t discuss price with anyone even though my daughter was in shock and alone away at college. After they had come and taken the car and hidden it on their lot They told me that it would be $900 to get it back with $75 a day storage. They think it’s fine because I can just submit the bill to my insurance but this is gouging and it’s disgusting. They are predatorial and their business practice is sickening.

Questions & Answers

Why do you not inform people that there is a $50 storage fee for each 24 hour period that their vehicle is at Beeline while the person is on the telephone with you? You should. Robin Meritt Assistant Fleet Director City of Lynchburg

We do explain charges on vehicles when talking to customers. City vehicles are never in storage and as long as it is a Class II vehicle, towing fees are not charged. For non-City vehicles, the storage fee only starts after it has been here 24 hours.

Did you tow the car from the accident on 11-21-18 on route 29
