Very pleased with their service! I tried calling multiple repair places in this area, but this was the only one that ever got back to me. Even though they were busy, they were quick to respond, and fit us in within the week. The technician was great, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. He had lots of good advice. Also saved us a ton of money. Very affordable. Very good communication. The dishwasher is working great. Highly recommend.

Called 3 times, always got the answering machine. Left all the info they requested on the machine and STILL have not received a call back and it's been 1 1/2 weeks. Not a very good way to do business. It was probably cheaper to buy the new washer anyway, which I did.
