They have the actual taxidermied body of The dog Balto. There is a little bit of information. My kids and I just watched the cartoon online (Netflix or Prime probably) before coming. Made seeing the actual Balto super cool. The museum is an interesting mix of dinosaurs, Ohio live animals outside, gemstones etc, and that huge beautiful exhibit room that highlights different parts of the world where Balto is.

Yes he is

Yes. During the renovation and construction of the addition (2021-2024) his location has been moved, but he is on display in the room just beyond the dinosaur room, as of July 2021.

They also have a bronze statue at the Cleveland Zoo

There's not a lot of info/shrine for him but they do offer a stuffed "statue" of him along with a pamphlet that tells more on what he did.
