We went and we loved it, you have to buy tickets before. BUT THEY HAVE A QR CODE OUTSIDE THE DOOR! made it very easy to buy tickets, our other plans got cancelled so we went here! And I'm very happy I did. It was fun to see the live animals and the different displays. It's a lot bigger then I thought it was! Worth the money great for kids

Yes, with an awesome ramp layout! Had no problems when we took a wheelchair through there a few weeks ago.
I would take them down to the museum and have them take care of them
Yes
Always check the website to get the latest ticket prices, additional costs, parking, etc. and then to compare it with a membership cost (don't forget to calculate the parking discount.) As the museum heads into a major renovation and building a new wing, things like cost and what is open might change periodically until they re-open in 2024.
That would be amazing. I would contact the museum and see if they know who to contact
Kenko is a great teriyaki and sushi restaurant. About a half mile away.
Yes. In the pictures that I posted, there is a sign with the exact reference of the pricing.....
You have to pay for your ticket online with a time spot because they sell out after 1 pm on the weekends.
Yessir, the one free day is Martin Luther King Jr Day!
Yes.
17 dollars a person...parking NOT included....parking runs about 12-15 dollars.
Yes! Many of the exhibits have hands on components. In the basement/lower level there is actually a whole hands on room! Fossil dig, smells, magnified glass bugs, blocks, coloring, etc etc. It's called the Smead Discovery Center.
Yes discounts for seniors veterans and college students
They have the actual taxidermied body of The dog Balto. There is a little bit of information. My kids and I just watched the cartoon online (Netflix or Prime probably) before coming. Made seeing the actual Balto super cool. The museum is an interesting mix of dinosaurs, Ohio live animals outside, gemstones etc, and that huge beautiful exhibit room that highlights different parts of the world where Balto is.
There is, the Shafran Planetarium, but it is closed during the renovation/construction. It went off-line on July 6, 2021 and the website doesn't yet list a reopening date. If you are going to the musuem for a particular exhibit, you might want to check the website for the Visitor Update to see what's open. The full renovation/addition is due to be done in 2024, but the museum will be open with some exhibits throughout the whole project.
I would assume so,if not Im sure they can direct you to where you can get answers

This question doesn't go to the natural history museum you're asking a person that's been there before so of course we're not going to know if they're going to have the Harry Potter book out for Halloween you'll need to contact the natural history museum.
Yes, pretty good speed too.
You may be able to schedule one, i wouldtalk to the main staff. When i went, it was a self guided thing.

Yes! Every calendar month you can get a free family voucher for 6 from Cleveland public library. Each branch only gets a few each month. Use it within 30 days from pickup.
Sorry this is not their website. Only folks that have visited. Recommend you contact the museum directly.
Go on Wednesday after 5pm and it's $8. Museum closes at 8:30pm that night
Not that i know of. But the membership is cheap enough that if you go more than twice a year it makes it worth it.
if you have anyone in military or a military veteran your family gets in free.
The dinosaur fossils are amazing! They have full skeletons you walk by, it's my kids favorite part!
Yes, there is a fee for parking in the CMNH lot. As of Fall 2017, General parking is $10 for the first 2 and a half hours, +$1 for each additional half hour, up to the daily maximum of $16. Special event rates vary.
