Went here for help! Begging for help. They said they ordered a shot of medicine for me, and I was supposed to get it the following Friday. Not only did they lie, but the only medicine they were gonna prescribe me was a drug that makes me sick. They don't care about there patients. And Angela Smith is a horrible doctor. If you can find somewhere else, you should. Cuz I've been going through metro for 6 months and still need help and still have the same problems as when I started there. They led me to believe that they were gonna help me and when I showed up the day I was supposed to get my medicine, they not only didn't give it to me, but failed to order it. There license to practice medicine should be revoked and there government funding should be stopped immediately! What a horrible place!

I have been a client for over two years and ive had a good experience. Ive done IOP and aftercare. And i still go for mental health. They have been very reliable even through covid 19.

I brought my family member here for an assessment and I was very disappointed by the two rude and disrespectful receptionist. This is a place where people come for help. They should feel some sense of comfort walking in the door. The young Caucasian lady with the bushy hair looked at us and spoke to us as if we were trash. People walk through these doors in the biggest fight for their lives. They shouldn’t be made to feel the way we were made to feel. I can only imagine how many people walked out of that place without the help they needed because of the way they were treated. They need some respect and sensitivity training. Shame on Recovery Resources for allowing this.

Intake is the problem, if you keep trying, eventually you'll get in and then it's not bad at all for Med Management. What you do (from what I remember..) is show up at the main location when they open for an 'assessment'. Once the assessment is done, keep calling until they finally get you in the system to set up an appointment with the type of medical professional you're seeking. DO NOT expect them to respond to phone calls or, if they even listen to messages, do anything about them. Be persistent with the calls, showing up in person (will be faster than calling) and, eventually, you will see a professional for help. The workers at the early stages (assessment/intake) are unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent but once past that, and it will take SOME time, the medical office is a solid service for people with little to no means for better care.
