Terrible service. They Hardly help

I have been with Ohio guidestone for the better of 7 years. Before the pandemic they were awesome I would see my therapist at least once a week or talk to her at least once a week but since the pandemic they could care less only services I'm getting from them as of this moment is for the community outreach specialist everyone else I have fired from my team because of the lack of consistency because of the lack of care because of the lack of compassion because of the lack of them doing their job especially at a time where mental health issues are at all time high I feel as though it is really ridiculous did I have to wait 2 weeks to get a return phone call

Staff don’t talk clients when their is a problem with their accounts they do paperwork for their sliding scale but if u have insurance they don’t take u don’t qualify for a sliding fee either and they will not call you to tell you…. Their communication is horrible for ppl looking for mental health

Without my team of therapist and nurse practitioner I would be lost ,I'm trying to cope with my bestfriend death and we both have congestive heart failure and she passed on February 16th 2020 it's the hardest thing 💔 you ever go thru. Just remember to tell people how much you love them.
