They make accommodations for people that have seating but cannot use it.. they may be better or worse than the seats you have now but you will still be able to attend both. Call the United center for parking or drop off also.
You can always try to return/exchange the tickets but if you still want to go, there is plenty of room you can watch the game standing. I'd personally recommend the bar area. Hope this helps. If you have more specific questions, fire away. Get better soon!
The Blackhawk game may not be a problem to ask them at willcall in the atrium by gate 5 but you may have a problem with concert
