I am dropping my daughter and friend off at a concert this month around 5. Since I am from the suburbs, I have no place to go to wait for the end of the concert. Does the United Center have any parent lounge where parents can wait for kids?

No, you need a ticket just to enter the building. I would suggest getting dinner for yourself or going to a coffee shop. Otherwise pay for parking and bring a book.

I wouldn't pay for parking at the United center unless you need to be close by, it is pretty expensive. There's plenty to do in town, you could go sightseeing. Just a warning, traffic will be a nightmare leaving, yet if you expect it and remain calm you'll be alright. 😄
