I've tried to use this currency exchange twice. The first time I called ahead and asked if I could transfer a title for an RV. The agent said they could. When I arrived I was told because it is an RV they could not help. More recently I called ahead and asked if they could notarize documents. I was told the notary is there until 9. When I got there I was informed they cant notarize "those types" of documents. They are relating to an estate. If they arbitrarily decide what they can and cant notarize, they should probably tell people when they call ahead.

Went in to get a city sticker . Right when I entered lady shouted rudely that internet is down. Rudely told me to come back later. Never coming back here again. Highly unprofessional.

I asked for a money order for $142.00, but was given a $140.00 money order, I told the clerk she made an error for the wrong amount. I was told I had to pay her $2.00 to correct it. I told her she made the mistake not me.she then refused to give me a receipt, showing I had to pay her for her mistake. I told her I was going to report this, and called there complaints number. I spoke with Brad who was rude.and told me to bring in the receipt and I would be given the two dollars back,and to take my business elsewhere. This employee is taking money from seniors and taking it for herself. Shame on the management and this Hispanic worker.
