Blankets, yes for sure. Chairs are questionable, I've seen the low beach chairs get denied. Rental chairs are available inside.

Yes, but they have to be low chairs almost in the ground. You can also rent them for $10 each. 2/15 and 3/25 Then after the concert, just leave them on the lawn and they will pick them up

Yes but check for chair sizes by phone before you carry them in ...they had all kinds of chairs and blankets at Styx show last week

There is a huge lawn..it is an outdoor venue..I was there last Tuesday and walked through the lawn area..Tons of people sit there

Yes you can bring chairs no higher than 9" from the ground.

Blankets yes. Your supposed to have lower chairs but i have seen all kinds. Usually i see the regular standard Academy sports chairs.

Yes. But the chairs have to be the short beach chairs, not your typical camping chair. They also rent beach chairs there.
