You can take water in, not sure about juice boxes.
I saw people pull out sandwiches from their backpacks however I believe the policy is a see through bag.
You shouldn't be bothered adout that.
Depending on wich security guard you get theyll make you throw away the capri sun but as long as you put everything in a clear gallo ziplock bag youll be ok
They will go through the bookbags to make sure no food or drink. They go through lawnchair bags also.
When I went to a concert at PNC last week they allowed 1 sealed water bottle per person, and they did allow bookbags.
