Bathroom need cleanin bad. Food good. Some times u wait a long time just to eat

Same tonight! We ordered burgers and shakes, we were finished with our burgers LONG before i asked the mgr for our shakes a 2nd time, clearly Corporate doesnt care

Service there has gone down hill, over a 2 week period of time. Service is slow, their staff is down to like 2 waiters. Sad, I loved it there before. It smells like trash when you first walk in. Ruined my appetite.

Why is this place so understaffed. Place can be full and only one waiter????? We waited over an hour and waitress then told us she forgot to out order in. That day it was only us!!!! Got to be kidding me.

To be honest, it usually takes quite a while to get a shake even when you're dining in. It's possible they say the machine is down just so they don't have to make it.

Sucks slow is hell about time they bring your food it's cold

The inside is closed but the drive-thru is open. They're doing their best and the food is made fresh. It's good right now.

They are remodeling. There should still be a manager there though. They are so lazy at that place.
