I love the food but every time I get drive thru “the machine is down” and I have been trying to come like every other week and it’s still broken can you please fix your machines because you sound like McDonald’s !

To be honest, it usually takes quite a while to get a shake even when you're dining in. It's possible they say the machine is down just so they don't have to make it.

Poor service I called 4:45pm to get my food and I still had to wait I wanted until 6 pm to get my food customer service was very bad very up set and they did not warm up my food very disappointed 😞
