Went and it was “full”. They had a waitlist to get in, which kind of defeats the purpose.

A lounge that could be better with better management. 1. The service for food and drinks can be very slow and multiple times I've been told my order "never went through" the App (as required) after more than a half hour of waiting - which I'm pretty sure is nonsense. More than once I've practically needed to leave for my flight before the food and drink order has arrived - and I don't go to the lounge for less than 45 minutes before I need to board my flight. 2. They will do NOTHING about LOUD, OBNOXIOUS DRUNKS at the bar, even though the lounge is not that big, and regardless of how much everyone else is trying to relax and get away from the noise of the terminal. Actually, the bars in the TERMINAL would not tolerate the level of noise the management of this supposedly private lounge does not seem to care about. They need to do better. People are paying extra for services and a place to relax between flights - which is what these lounges are for.

Great spot to relax and/or work. Food portions are small, but they are good and free. Have to wait sometimes to enter due to crowds, but they will text you while you sit outside in the comfortable rocking chairs.

Only true priority pass lounge in CLT, nothing fancy and an ok place to grab a quick bite/drink, fairly quick delivering your food off their menu.
