Yes it does.. If you haven't purchased seats, you will have to bring your own or blankets..always take an umbrella because you never know

Chairs needed unless you have seats in the pavillion. Beer, wine, soft drinks are sold on site but are kind of pricey. From what I have seen most concerts are rain or shine so be prepared for weather.
