How do I get to talk with a customer rep. I emailed 2 emails over the weekend for help. My power cable to my cable box has quit working and I need a new one. How do I get to talk w/someone to arrange this

They have really gone downhill as of late, internet wise. I have no internet, I called tech support but the technician won't be here till the 24th. So no internet till then? How about a refund? Just pathetic anymore.
