Worst cable company ever

By far the worst internet provider. Please do not waste your money on this horrible service. I spend over $100 a month for what they call the "fastest internet". I am home alone and cant go a minute without lagging in any game.

I pay for 100 and get maximum 50 and today I have 14 mb . I should only pay for what I get . This company is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians
They have really gone downhill as of late, internet wise. I have no internet, I called tech support but the technician won't be here till the 24th. So no internet till then? How about a refund? Just pathetic anymore.
Stay on the phone and give as little information to the computer as possible. You will be switched over to a live person.
If you have a computer, and can "talk" to the modem, you can do it that way... It's how we do it
I would suggest calling customer service. Although, Frontier seems to be the only provider that services the Shickshinny area.
I had to mail mine back to the office. You can call the 1800 number and they will instruct you on what to do because they have changed some of their practices due to covid.
Yes we drop signal with our internet alot in the past couple weeks.
Atlantic broadband doesn't service that area unfortunately. I'm not positive but I believe that's service electric

You can call customer service 8am thru 11pm 7 days a week, including holidays. They will be more than happy to assist.
Yes be watching a program and all of a sudden picture goes out and then comes back on. Some channels that we have are not working. Since they took over metrocast it's been nothing but problems with cable and internet

It starts off with a 99.95 install fee. (Can break into 3 payments) . A modem rental is an addtl 7$ unless you provide your own. Must be cable ready. Starts at 32.95, then 45.95.then 57.95 then 76.95. The 1st DL and UP speeds are 1.5Mbps to .384 kbps 2nd are 5Mbps to 512kbps 3rd is 50mbps to 5mbps. Last is 150mdps to 15mbps.
