Yes but you have to call and inquire
They were very helpful when I needed a toilet seat with bars ans a waker for my mom.
FODAC is a charitable organisation that provides many services to disabled adults and children. They do require a $25.00 application fee but that can be waived in extreme poverty cases. If you do get a chair there, for a service "donation" they will add accessories you your chair if they have them available. A set of batteries for a power chair will be about half the cost of getting them from a commercial battery supplier. FODACs batteries are as good as those from the other supplier so there's no need to go astray to get what you want. Try the other resources first as they will be able to provide warranty service for their items. FODAC may not be able to honour warranties. Don't take my word as final. But this had been my experience.
25.00 registration fee, plus battery. Up to 80.00 Or 90.00. They have new stuff come in daily so give them a call.
