I ordered the Selva Negra French coffee but it seems weaker than what I had in the restaurant. They just told me that it was the French coffee Is there another French variety that you sell that the restaurant coffee might have been? It was strong.

The only Selva Negra French roast we sell is Selva Negra French Rain, which is the darkest of our roasts. Otherwise, we sell a Tanzanian Peaberry which is our only other dark French roast.

They supply special blends to restaurants, ask by restaurant name and they'll look up what the blend is. One place gets a special roast so it cannot be put together in shop. The French Rain is the darkest roast and the only French bean. Selva Negra can refer to many beans, but never the French bean itself. Also, brewing methods can account for changes in strength of cup. Best of luck finding the perfect cup of coffee!
