You can call either the office, or the office of the utility or gas company they are sending your voucher to. Both places will be able to tell you. If the utility or gas company hasn't received your voucher yet, they will tell you they haven't received it. Otherwise either place can tell you when/if you call.
There isn't a website to check but you can call and talk to someone in the fiscal department at the central office in Fayetteville.
