I called and left a Voicemail asking for general information.lady called back and I let her know that im looking to see what options do I have while I wait on disability as it has been 2 years and she assumed I was asking about approval instead of listening. I told her I am 36 and new to this type of conversation so I am just asking for guidance and assistance, then she ask me have a put my name on the waiting list when I just told her I am seeking information on the process and how it works. Customer Service has been down since the pandemic with these agencies and it shows. Rudeness and not actively listening will get you no where
