No one answers phone. They pass the buck by saying if I don't call you back within 48 hours you can call my supervisor and when you call their supervisor, she says the same thing. Call her supervisor!!!! I glad my emergency of my account being hacked isn't important.

I have case manager Rhonda LaPointe! I have been calling this lady for an entire week now and I have even left voicemails. It’s crazy because she has not returned my call in regards to my benefits. Unprofessional and lazy.

Took a friend, closed at 3. Phone message said open till 5. This is a typical government agency. They make it hard for needy families to speak to or get on the phone . COVID is over get back to you full force

If you had if your caseworkers not calling you back then you call and leave a message for her and the supervisor has 24 hours to contact
Not sure but they have them on site in A box outside the door and you can fill it out and put it in the other box labeled drop box.

Had phone interview scheduled for a renewal. Stayed by phone for three days. Called and did all follow up as required. Got letter in the mail saying I did not keep my phone appointment and food stamps were canceled.

yes it typically takes upto 60 days - 2 months. if it exceeds 3 months call up there ( its better to show up in person ) and speak to a supervisor.
