I was suppose to get my food stamps in the 13th but I still do not have them. I have called and left msg for a week now. How do I get someone to help me. On the Gateway app everything says approved but I still have no $ on my card.

Had phone interview scheduled for a renewal. Stayed by phone for three days. Called and did all follow up as required. Got letter in the mail saying I did not keep my phone appointment and food stamps were canceled.

If you were recently up for renewal it will say that...my last 2 renewals were the same...you will have to go down there and they will do your evaluation right then...they are so far behind that if you dont go down there you wont get them...take all your info with you like proof of income..etc...it will speed things up...i was in and out within 30 min....they will eventually answer your messages..but by then your fs will be reinstated..lol

Go in and and tell them your problem and ask to speak to your caseworker if they are not there ask to speak to the director

I haven’t received mine since May and it still says I’m approved. Can’t get in touch with anyone even on the 1-800 number.
