This scenaro is becoming common, as employers find it increasingly difficult to locate and train employees in the service industries. The same is happening in the hotel/hospitality area. Rather than vent to Google, your best option is to contact Wendy's HQ. Check the corporate web site for information on how to reach the correct division. Good luck!
