Absolutely awful. I ordered ahead on line and arrived right at the beginning of my pickup window. After being in line for 15 minutes I was given a strawberry lemonade (the only other choices were lemonade or coke zero) and paid for my food. 8 minutes later I was handed a bag when I looked inside I found chicken nuggets. I ordered a #8 Big Bacon Cheddar. When I told the driver thru attendant that I didn't order chicken nuggets she said they came with my meal 🤣. I said "I didn't realize chicken nuggets came with the #8 Big Bacon Cheddar, in that case I'm missing my sandwich!" She had no what I was talking about. Another employee explained that she had given me the wrong bag she handed me another saying "Sorry, I didn't check the order." I'm this bag there was a cheeseburger. I ate the fries on the way home, mediocre. Upon finally unwrapping my sandwich, I realize it's not mine... It's DAVE'S SINGLE!!!

Worse service ever I wouldn’t have gave it 1 star if I didn’t need to.. drive through line was long so we decided to eat in, we waited for about 20 minutes with 1 person ahead of us just to have our order taken..! Then another 25-30 minutes just for people who ordered after us to get their food before us.. I had to say something to the worker so that they can BEGAN TO WORK ON OUR ORDER!!! Once we received our food we were giving 1 bag and told the next was being prepared so another 5 minutes! Finally got my food and it was cold 🙄 at this point I was ready to leave but I asked for fresh fries instead and was still giving semi cold fries! The fact that I went in hungry and came out even more hungry is not cool.. This location need better management, more employees or to be closed down..

At the start of lunch when Wendy's open very dirty door and door matt's never been clean. No one really running front counter. 10 people in line. Call myself going through driver thur even worst. Spent 36 minutes getting food.

Ordered a large double combo plain, no cheese. Burger was plain all right but it only had one meat patty! Not even worth calling them up. No receipt was provided. I've had previous bad customer experiences here. Think this is my last time.
