Came thru drive thru had to say my order several times! Got to window to pay asked him to read order back and still got my order Wrong after viewing the receipt so I got out the car and went in the store an the manager says well they didn't charge you for the 3rd meal! I said I didn't get received my drink because it was made wrong and she handed the drink to me and walked away! No apologies for the inconvenience didn't offer to fix the problem! This is unacceptable!

Charged to eat in when I ordered to go, told cashier I knew I was being overcharged and she lied to me, denying it. I ordered 2 different sauces as well and the owner himself who packed my bag for me didn't even do that. Best part was that the owner as well thought my order was dine in because she didn't put it in the system. On top of that, the fries were not salted at all. I only put 2 stars because the food was warm. I worked at wendys for over 2 years. Better was expected of me and I was paid less than what they are receiving.

I never knew how being discriminated would feel like until I dropped by this Wendy at 11400 Dallas Blvd, Cincinnati, OH. I was in tear and felt so humiliated and discriminated by employees including manager. It was around 9 pm, my significant other and I decided to get a quick meal through driver through. I got chicken nuggets with honey mustard. Catchup and honey mustard were missing. I returned to the door and signaled the delivering guy there pointing to the bag. He signaled me to the window where I received my drinks. A few African American employees looked up and turned their back towards me and laughed. A few minutes I knocked on the window again,they looked at each other and laughed . I was not sure why. I looked for the signs for the reasons of being ignored. Nothing. So I went to the cashier window, the Caucasian guy looked at me and joined others and laughed. I went back to the front and waited for the food to be brought out for the customer. Thankfully, I was able to ask him before he closed the door on me. I asked him i got this cold shoulder treatment. He replied he didn't know,he was just working there. I asked if he kindly brought me honey mustard and Catchup. After I finished eating at the parking lot,around 9:14 PM, I called and asked for a manager,she said "speaking ". I told her what happened, she rudely replied " You were NOT supposed to knock on our windows" and hung up before I had a chance to ask what should I do if something was missing from the o Because I was not African or Caucasian American, I was rudely discriminated against. I hope Wendy corporate management takes discrimination seriously. Everyone deserves respect regardless what DNA type is.

Super fast drive thru service. However it sometimes comes at the expense of accuracy. Check your order before you drive away even if you verbally verified with the helpful staff what should be in the bag or drink cup.
