I will continue to donate but I really don't care much for the title. I want to donate local instead of sending to ASPCA in Washington DC. Why not change it to "furry friends league" instead? Something like that would be cool. Thx.

Who cares what it is called as long as they take good care of the animals. I got my very first dog there back in the sixties and I will always get my dogs from them. They are a great place who loves and takes care of the animals.

Dumb means unable or unwilling to speak so it's meaning is or friends who can't speak aka animals
