I have a living rental situation here And my dog is no longer a suitable fit for the lifestyle I have to live. He is 5 though. Would a pet surrender still be a viable option/service you guys offer?

Yes, they will take your dog. If you have vaccination records that'll help. All info, name, age, allergies, temperament, will help him find a good home.
