You just go in to the Carmax location. If the vehicle isn't local you can contact the location nearest to you and potentially have them transfer the vehicle to that location. You can also do an online request to have a vehicle transferred to the location nearest you. Depending on where the vehicle is located, there could be a fee associated with transferring it to you. That info is available online when you look at each vehicle though. My salesperson there was excellent. He wasn't pushy and was extremely helpful all the way through the process. His name is Johnny.
