Had a car transferred on 10-9-2022 to Carmax West Jacksonville location. Supposedly in need a small repair when it went through presale inspection in Jacksonville. Then after a week of waisting my time the truth comes out.Supposedly the odometer reading was wrong on the title. I was suppose to be updated on the 10-29-2022. No call! So, I called for an update and that department is closed on Saturdays. So I now have been waiting for 3 weeks on this car that should had never been advertised in the first place. It’s a Lexus, so it’s no small amount of money. THATS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN COMPANIES START MAKING TOO MUCH MONEY. THEy STOP CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from CarMax. I hate car shopping, all the haggling, negotiating and the questions about excess fees. You just go in to the Carmax location. If the vehicle isn't local you can contact the location nearest to you and potentially have them transfer the vehicle to that location. You can also do an online request to have a vehicle transferred to the location nearest you. Depending on where the vehicle is located, there could be a fee associated with transferring it to you. That info is available online when you look at each vehicle though. My salesperson there was excellent. He wasn't pushy and was extremely helpful all the way through the process. His name is Johnny.

Dont kniw what jimmy flowers is talking about. They gave me about $4000 more then i was expecting.
A source of income and driver's license. You can do everything online and go in just to drive them leave. They don't bother you like other dealerships
