He's been my eye doctor since I've needed glasses. Although he is old school, I'd rather be seen by him than anyone else. I see these negative reviews and it blows my mind. If you want a high tech machine to do your exam, then go to Lens Crafter for Christ's sake. Doc is thorough in what he does and Respectful..being funny is a added bonus. The receptionist is thorough as well. If you don't like the fact you were wrong in forgetting your appt then that's on you and not Karen. Sure going to miss him being my doctor when he retires!!
