60 to 100 w/o liqueur not a bad range, but to be more accurate prices range from 40 to 200 per entree, appetizers, deserts, sides and drinks extra.
It is about $25/head. No alcohol. Appetizer is cheaper.
For two, it was $160. I had the pork chop with 2 sides. He had lambchops with 2 sides. One glass of wine each and split a dessert. I think that was including the tip.
