PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!! I STAY IN BAYTREE APARTMENTS AND PEST CONTROL IS INCLUDED IN RENT AND HAVEN'T SEEN THEM IN OVER A YEAR. NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE WENT UP ON RENT BUT REFUSE TO FIX ANYTHING!! YOU'RE ONLY PAYING FOR THE LOCATION AND NOT TO LIVE COMFORTABLE. MANAGEMENT NEED TO ACTUAL PAY A VISIT TO THESE UNITS (BUT THEY WON'T). NOT TO MENTION YOU CAN'T HAVE A GRILL BECAUSE IT'S BEING HELD AGAINST US BECAUSE THEIR INSURANCE WENT UP. DEFINITELY WAS A BAD MISTAKE MOVING INTO THESE APARTMENTS AND CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE BECAUSE THERE ARE OTHER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA THAT'S ACTUALLY WORTH THE $1200 A MONTH WITH UPDATED AMENITIES IN FIXTURES IN THE HOME.

Never answer the phone. I been living here for almost 2 years, my apartment is in the same condition when I moved in, never been remodeled. I've called and called and left several messages no response!!! I went to the hud office several months back and file a complaint, never came and fixed anything but all these new tenants that had moved in got new appliances and new cabinets!! Duke Properties do not need to manage this property no longer, HUD need to do something about these apartments or I will take necessary measures to get this issue resolved.

These people have sent a claim saying that I owe them money and they are affecting my credit score. I have never used these people in my life. I will be sending them a letter telling them to remove the claim or i will take them to court.
