No one barely answers the phone during business hours and got my application rejected due to no rental history even when I asked both Mark and Tori, if they rented to first time renters without history, and they said yes, all I needed was a driver's license and 3 recent pay stubs. I was surprised they asked for so little, well it certainly is too good to be true. If I knew that I needed rental history I would of never applied. They let me pay them $200 for the application fee and knew from the very beginning that I was going to be denied.

Definitely don't rent from Demiray Holdings/Mark Alvin after months of telling me my deposit would be returned it was never returned or a reason why and the unit was much cleaner when I left then when I got there but after reading reviews it seems to be a trend with them and they fail miserably at maintenance. The building smells horrible, tons of bugs and a month without a working a/c.

The view is great, close to a lot of things, and the staff is extremely friendly. Honestly we really enjoy living here, especially for the price.
