I have lived here 4 years. Genuinely love the complex and most neighbors. I am a renter and know my landlord personally for 20 plus years. Every year the pools become an issue of some kind. The sign states Dawn to Dusk. However then it is told by security and owners it is until 8pm. Ok- If it is 8pm then why are security guards showing up at 7:30-7:35 and bullying you while you try to exercise and swim? Twice in less than 2 weeks this has happened.. 1st time the officer walked around the entire pool not locking a single gate and straight to me trying to start an argument and taking my picture.. What in the world ..? why? 2nd time last night. 7:40 I am swimming laps and officer shows up and just stands there as if I am doing something wrong. I said.. I will be out in just a few minutes. Instead of starting to lock up the pool stands there and stares at me again.. DO NOT BUY HERE if you are not old and bitter! You cannot enjoy a simple swim without being harassed! This is the same reason and a few other minute reasons I will not purchase a unit here.

These are individually owned condos. If you’re renting, you could request it from your landlord. If you own your unit, then maybe ask Banning Management for recommendations.

They are rented out by individual owners. There is no office on property. So unless you have a phone number for someone who is currently renting out their unit going to the property won't help.
Rent is not dependent upon the number of people in your family but the size and type of apartment or condo you're trying to get.
