After calling AAA, Terry arrived quickly, tested the batteries in my diesel pu and found them to be good. Truck would turn over but not start. Since it had been sitting over the winter, he advised there might be water in the fuel filter. He showed me where the filter is. I told him I’d arrange with AAA to have the truck towed to a mechanic after making an appointment. Terry then left, but shortly called back with a second tip. Had I left the key on long enough for the glow plugs to work? Turns out I hadn’t! I’d never needed the glow plugs before and didn’t know how to activate them. After following Terry’s instructions, the truck started right up! Terry’s call back saved me the mechanic’s charges, need for a tow and a great deal of inconvenience. I am super grateful! Thanks for going the extra mile, Terry!

Terry came to check my tire that seemed to have a slow leak. He cheerfully showed up on Easter Sunday and helped me figure out what to do. He was great! He arrived even earlier than I was told someone would arrive. I highly recommend this business.
