Attorney Noriega basically got one of my cases dismissed, is helping me with another case, and I could not ask for a better outcome. Good communication and she has a helpful team as well. 5/5, would go to her again. Thank you for keeping me outside counselor!

I seldom write a review, but we have to give credit where credit is due. Atty Lauren Noriega will never abandon you. She helped defend our loved one with two (2) unscrupulous cases that he caught the same night. One, a misdemeanor ,was dismissed. The other one, felony evading arrest. Atty Lauren fought the charges vehemently with an overzealous prosecutor who recommended among others, jail time. After several court appearances, where Atty Lauren always accompanied our loved one. The judge who was sympathetic and very fair, recommended rehab and probation. Upon completion of the court order, in the end, our loved one will only have a misdemeanor according to Atty Lauren. American justice system at its finest...There's always due process. And people like Atty Lauren. She will represent you from start to finish. From beginning to end. For a reasonable price. Others even charge a fee per court appearance. She wont let you down. When life throws you a lemon, you can count on Atty Lauren Noriega...

I had a firearm accident inside my home in 2019; I am 54 years old with only one parking ticket before the 2019 incident, and PD charged me the highest they could. I consulted several lawyers, including Ms. Noriega, but then picked up another firm, and I ended up with a felony and three years of probation. Mild 2021, I consulted a tone of Lawyers to reverse or reduce the charges. But unfortunately, none of the lawyers made it any easier for me; they all told me that it would take time and cost me a lot of money, and they could not guarantee anything. I could not make another mistake; I went back to Ms. Noriega. She remembered me and my case and did not care that I picked another firm the first time. All she cared about was doing the best for me. Ms. Noriega took my case, reduced my probation from 3 years to two years, then my felony to a misdemeanor, and expunged my record. Ms. Noriega does not need my approval; She is honest and does not give you empty promises. She does not charge you an arm and a leg; instead, she saved the same arm and leg. SHE IS THE BEST YOU CAN FIND. You need Ms. Noriega by you if you want to get your life back. She knows what she is doing and does not settle for anything less than you deserve. I am grateful for what she did for me. Now I can sleep at night. My wife and I love her.

Lauren is the real deal. She is the first person I actually called to get help after talking to her I felt confident that the price she was giving me sounded like a good deal. After setting things up with her I ended up running into one of my close friends brother’s at a family get together who is also a attorney and asked him how much him or one of his buddies would charge for what I was doing and he basically gave me a number that was much higher than Lauren gave me. I actually believe she is one of those honest attorneys that you hear about that after talking to you on the phone gets an idea of who you are and if she feels that you are a honest hard working individual she will give you a great price and fight for your justice. What I hired her for was handled first try no up charges, no hidden fees I would recommend her to anyone.!

Can u please tell me the current status of sb1391? Retroactive? I've read that all the juvenile bills under prop57 are retroactive

According to a recent California 2nd District Appellate decision, SB 1391 applies retroactively ONLY to cases that were not final when SB 1391 was enacted. A case becomes final once you get a ruling on the direct appeal after your trial court conviction OR once the deadline to appeal your conviction is up. So, SB 1391 is retroactive only to cases still open in trial court or still pending their direct appeal. Beyond that, SB 1391 does not apply to final judgments.
