Absolutely 0 customer service or assistance. We wanted to round for about 30 minutes and couldn't find anyone to help us. Just to ask a simple question and possibly purchase. They were rude and extremely not friendly..

Nice showroom, but people don’t really want to help unless you are a contractor. It’s meant for contractors, not for the public. Staff is abrupt. Don’t recommend. Many other places available

I called your location in Anaheim twice this week and was unable to talk to a human being. I checked your store hours on your website and it states you are open until 4:00 on Saturday. My husband and I drove up from Dana Point arriving at 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon. Whomever works in your front area said you were closed and they must shut the doors immediately. My husband asked if we could have 10 minutes to look around since we just made a 40 minute drive. We were told no. I will absolutely not buy from your location. I have just asked my contractor for another place to pick out my stone. I suggest you update your website, front door, and answering service.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. If your contractor insists on using them, find a new contractor. If you choose them, your misery will begin at reception where you will have to wait an hour(or more) to get a sales representative. We had an appointment. We had multiple sales representatives walk past us but no one bothered to even ask if they could help us. We overlooked that and picked out the countertop style we needed. The sales representative Richard assured us all four slabs are from the same crate and match. Big mistake. We should’ve gone through all four to confirm and tag. When we fabricated and started to install, three were a darker shade and one was lighter. Same crate, same bar code, same color code. We went back to BCS and told them what had happened. They agreed that this was an issue from the supplier. We negotiated a discounted price to buy four more slabs. When we went back to pick the slabs, Richard told us that they can not honor the price they gave us the day before and that we will have to buy at the original price. We asked to speak to Richard's manager Erica.  She told Richard she was busy and we will have to come back. We asked to speak to the Shu the site Director and were told she was not available either. At that point we walked away to go to another store. Like I said, bad customer service, bad sales people and disinterested management. Stay clear
